Summary: | A method of manufacturing an S-doped porous carbon material in an embodiment of the present invention can comprise the following steps of: pulverizing camellia flowers to prepare raw material powder; mixing the raw material powder with a solvent and performing hydrothermal synthesis to form an activated carbon precursor; adding an activating agent to the carbon precursor for activation and forming an activated carbon precursor; and heat-treating the activated carbon precursor for carbonization and forming an activated carbon. The S-doped porous carbon material according to an embodiment of the present invention has excellent electrochemical performance due to the characteristics of spherical carbon, natural doping of sulfur, and the combination of graphite and an amorphous structure.
본 발명의 실시예에 있어서 S-도핑된 다공성 탄소재 제조방법은, 동백꽃을 분쇄하여 원료 분말을 준비하는 단계; 상기 원료 분말을 용매와 혼합한 후 수열합성하여 탄소 전구물질을 형성하는 단계; 상기 탄소 전구물질에 활성화제를 첨가하여 활성화가 이루어져서 활성탄소 전구물질을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 활성탄소 전구물질을 열처리하여 탄화가 이루어져서 활성탄을 형성하는 단계; 를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 S-도핑된 다공성 탄소재는, 구형 탄소의 특징, 황의 자연적인 도핑 및 흑연과 비정질 구조의 조합으로 인해 우수한 전기화학 성능을 갖는다. |
