The present invention comprises: an oil reservoir formed to store oil churned inside a transmission; a displacement generation unit installed to generate displacement according to a change of an oil amount of the oil reservoir; and an application restriction unit switching states of restricting or allowing application of operating force transmitted to a sleeve of a specific shifting gear for restricting shifting of a shifting lever. 본 발명은 변속기 내에서 쳐닝되는 오일을 수용하도록 형성된 오일리저버; 상기 오일리저버의 오일량 변화에 따라 변위가 발생되도록 설치된 변위발생부; 상기 변위발생부에서 발생된 변위에 의해, 변속레버로부터 변속을 제한하고자 하는 특정 변속단의 슬리브로 전달되는 조작력의 작용을 제한하는 상태와 허용하는 상태를 전환할 수 있도록 구비된 작용제한부를 포함하여 구성된다.
