The present invention provides a rehabilitation training system and rehabilitation training method which, by enhancing basic physical strength and at the same time, performing cognitive rehabilitation, can more systemically and effectively perform the rehabilitation training of patients with movement disorders and cognitive disorders. To this end, the present invention relates to a rehabilitation training system and a rehabilitation training method using the same. The system comprises: a lower limb exercise unit having a rotating body which rotates in cooperation with the feet of a user, a driving unit for rotating the rotating body, a load-applying part for applying a load to the rotating body, a speed-sensing unit for sensing the rotational speed of the rotating body, and a load-sensing unit for sensing the load of the rotating body; a cognitive rehabilitation exercise unit having a display unit for displaying a cognitive rehabilitation quiz according to a cognitive rehabilitation program stored in advance, and an input unit for receiving an input of an answer to the cognitive rehabilitation quiz displayed on the display unit; a main control unit having a lower limb exercise control unit for controlling the lower limb exercise unit according to a preset lower limb exercise mode, a cognitive rehabilitation exercise control unit for controlling the cognitive rehabilitation exercise unit according to a preset cognitive rehabilitation exercise mode, and a storage unit for storing lower limb exercise history information received from the lower limb exercise control unit and cognitive rehabilitation exercise history information received from the cognitive rehabilitation exercise control unit; and a central management unit for outputting and managing the lower limb exercise history information and the cognitive rehabilitation exercise history information that are stored in the storage unit. 본 발명은 기초체력 증진과 함께 인지 재활을 동시에 수행하여 운동장애 및 인지장애를 동반하는 환자의 재활 훈련을 보다 체계적이고 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 재활 훈련시스템 및 재활 훈련방법을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 사용자의 발과 연동하여 회전되는 회전체와, 상기 회전체를 회전시키는 구동부와, 상기 회전체에 부하를 인가하는 부하인가부와, 상기 회전체의 회전속도를 감지하는 속도감지부와, 상기 회전체의 부하를 감지하는 부하감지부를 가지는 하지운동부; 미리 저장된 인지재활 프로그램에 따른 인지재활 문제가 표시되는 표시부와, 상기 표시부에 표시되는 상기 인지재활 문제에 대한 답을 입력받는 입력부를 가지는 인지재활운동부; 미리 설정된 하지 운동모드에 따라 상기 하지운동부를 제어하는 하지운동 제어부와, 미리 설정된 인지재활 운동모드에 따라 상기 인지재활운동부를 제어하는 인지재활운동 제어부와, 상기 하지운동 제어부에서 수신되는 하지운동 이력정보 및 상기 인지재활운동 제어부에서 수신되는 인지재활운동 이력정보가 저장되는 저장부를 가지는 메인제어부; 및 상기 저장부에 저장되는 상기 하지운동 이력정보 및 상기 인지재활운동 이력정보를 출력 및 관리하는 중앙관리부;를 포함하는 재활 훈련시스템 및 이를 이용한 재활 훈련방법에 관한 것이다.
