Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a recyclable nanofiber-based dental mask. A recyclable nanofiber-based dental mask of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages of existing disposable masks by using traditional Korean paper and nanofibers consists of three layers of filters: a skin-friendly lining layer made of traditional Korean paper; a hydrophilic intermediate filter layer using nanofibers and impregnated nanoparticles; and a hydrophobic outer filter layer that is capable of self-cleaning and sterilizing by visible light, as well as diagnosis of environmental pollution exposure (e.g., air pollution, bacteria, virus, etc.). 본 발명은 기존 일회용 마스크가 가지고 있는 단점을 전통한지와 나노섬유로 극복하여 전통한지를 피부 친화적인 내피층으로, 나노섬유 및 함침된 나노입자 등을 이용한 친수성 중간필터층, 가시광선에 의하여 자가세척(Self-Cleaning)이 가능하며 환경오염(대기/세균, 바이러스)의 진단과 동시에 가시광선에 의한 살균이 동시에 가능한 소수성 외피필터층의 3중 필터로 구성된 재활용 나노섬유 덴탈 마스크를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
