Summary: | The present invention relates to a resin composition for a golf ball cover, which includes a thermoplastic polyurethane resin including 55-70 parts by weight of a polyol, 30-40 parts by weight of an isocyanate, and 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of a polysiloxane, wherein the polysiloxane contains at least one hydroxyl group or carboxyl group at the terminal alkyl group. In addition, the polyol and isocyanate form a silicon-free thermoplastic polyurethane resin, and the polysiloxane and isocyanate form a thermoplastic resin containing silicon in the main chain. In this manner, it is possible to improve scuff resistance required for a golf ball cover and to improve slip property.
본 발명은 골프공 커버용 수지 조성물로서 폴리올 55~70 중량부, 이소시아네이트 30~40 중량부 및 폴리실록산 0.2 내지 0.4 중량부를 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 포함하며, 폴리실록산은 말단의 알킬기에 적어도 하나의 하이드록실기 또는 카르복실기를 포함한다. 폴리올 및 이소시아네이트는 실리콘을 포함하지 않는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 구성하며, 폴리실록산 및 이소시아네이트는 주 사슬에 실리콘을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 구성함으로써 골프공 커버에 요구되는 스커프 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 슬립성을 향상시킬 수 있다. |
