The present invention relates to a support integrated waffle slab form system and a construction method thereof, wherein the system comprises: a plurality of waffle forms configured in a waffle shape; and a support assembly arranged below the waffle forms to support the waffle forms, wherein the support assembly includes: a lower support assembly provided with a plurality of vertical beams formed in puncheon pipes and horizontal beams connected to the vertical beams to support the vertical beams; and an upper support assembly provided with yoke beams and joist beams supported by the vertical beams and an upper form plate, thereby stably supporting a load when a slab form is installed by means of the lower support assembly comprising the vertical beams, the horizontal beams and truss beams of the form support, easily installing the form and safely performing a form installation work by means of the upper support assembly, and easily enabling interlayer movement by means of an integrally formed support because of being simply movable to an upper and a lower layer when arms of a forklift truck are inserted in the lower part of the horizontal beams or the upper support assembly to lift up the form by means of a moving means like the forklift truck at the upper and the lower layer of a structure after the forms are removed. 본 발명은 서포트 일체형 와플 슬래브 거푸집 시스템 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 와플형상으로 형성되는 복수의 와플폼과, 상기 와플폼의 하부에 마련되어 상기 와플폼을 지지하는 서포트 어셈블리를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 서포트 어셈블리는, 동바리 파이프로 형성된 복수의 수직재와 상기 수직재에 연결되어 상기 수직재를 지지하는 수평재를 구비하는 하부서포트어셈블리와, 상기 수직재에 의해 지지되는 멍에재와 장선재와, 상부거푸집 플레이트를 구비하는 상부서포트 어셈블리를 포함하여, 거푸집 서포트의 수직재, 수평재 및 트러스재로 이루어진 하부서포트 어셈블리에 의해, 슬래브 거푸집의 설치시 안정적으로 하중을 지지할 수 있고, 상부서포트 어셈블리에 의해 거푸집의 설치가 용이하고 거푸집 설치작업을 안전하게 할 수 있고, 거푸집의 탈형 후 이동시 구조물의 상하층에서 지게차 등의 이동수단에 의해, 상기 수평재나 상기 상부서포트 어셈블리의 하부에 지게차의 아암을 삽입하여 들어올리면 간단하게 상하층으로 이동할 수 있게 되므로 일체형으로 형성된 서포트에 의해 용이하게 층간 이동을 할 수 있다.
