The present invention relates to a mixed freeze protection system in which an alternating current metal heater and a planar heating element are combined. The mixed freeze prevention system in which an alternating current metal heater and a planar heating element are combined of the present invention comprises: an alternating current metal heater coupled to a pipe or a pipe accessory to prevent freezing of the pipe or pipe accessory, and operated using an alternating current power; a planar heating element provided on one side of the pipe or the pipe accessory to prevent freezing of the pipe or the pipe accessory, and to prevent freezing of the pipe or the pipe accessory together with the alternating current metal heater; and a system controller for controlling the operation of the alternating current metal heater and the planar heating element, thereby capable of remarkably increasing the freeze prevention effect of the pipe. 교류 메탈 히터와 면상 발열체가 조합된 혼합 동파방지 시스템에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 교류 메탈 히터와 면상 발열체가 조합된 혼합 동파방지 시스템은, 배관 또는 배관 부속류의 동파방지를 위해 상기 배관 또는 상기 배관 부속류에 결합하며, 교류전원을 이용해서 동작하는 교류 메탈 히터; 상기 배관 또는 상기 배관 부속류의 동파방지를 위해 상기 배관 또는 상기 배관 부속류의 일측에 마련되며, 상기 교류 메탈 히터와 함께 상기 배관 또는 상기 배관 부속류의 동파를 방지하는 면상 발열체; 및 상기 교류 메탈 히터와 상기 면상 발열체의 동작을 컨트롤하는 시스템 컨트롤러를 포함한다.
