Summary: | Provided is a ceramic electronic part which is able to improve reliability. According to the present invention, the ceramic electronic part comprises a laminated structure in which dielectric layers made of ceramic as the main ingredient and inner electrode layers are laminated in turn. For the dielectric layers, in a TSDC, the polarization temperature is set to be 150℃, the polarization electric field is set to be 15-20 V/㎛, the polarization time is set to be 60 minutes, and the temperature boosting speed is set to be 10℃/min. Here, when the peak current value on a low-temperature side with 160℃ or higher and lower than 230℃ is set to be IA and the peak current value on a high-temperature side with 230-350℃ is set to be IB, a relationship of IA/IB > 0.30 is established, and IB is equal to or lower than 100 pA/㎟.
