The present invention relates to a multipurpose lock bolt type anchor. In accordance with the present invention, when a screw part (10-2) in an inner portion of an anchor body (10) made of a round bar and a cone-shaped wing expansion part (10-1) in a head part are combined with an inner screw part (20-2) of an anchor head (20) made of a cylindrical pipe body to be rotated, the cylindrical wing expansion part (10-1) of the head part of the anchor body (10) pushes a wing expansion part (22-2) of a wing (22) pre-assembled with the anchor head (20) and a pole (10-5) of multiple stages of the cylindrical wing expansion part (10-1) of the anchor body (10) pushes a secondary wing expansion part (25), and then, the wing expansion part (25-1) pushes the wing expansion part (22-2) of the wing (20) to spread the plurality of wings (22) of multiple stages outward while leading wing sawteeth (22-1) to be substantially stuck into the inner wall surface of a drilled hole, wherein the width and length of the wings (22) of the wedge type permanent anchor can be varied depending on the type of rock and the type of earth. 본 발명의 다목적용 락볼트형 앵커는, 환봉으로 이루어진 앵커체(10)의 내측에 나사부(10-2)와 선두부에는 원뿔형 날개 확장부(10-1)가 원통 관체로 이루어진 앵커 헤드(20)의 내부 나사부(20-2)와 결합되어 회전 시키면 앵커체(10) 선두부의 원뿔형 날개 확장부(10-1)가 앵커 헤드(20)에 기조립된 날개(22)의 날개 확장부(22-2)를 밀고 앵커체(10)의 원뿔형 날개 확장부(10-1)의 다단계의 극점(10-5)이 2차 날개 확장부(25)를 밀면 날개 확장부(25-1)가 날개(20)의 날개 확장부(22-2)를 밀어서 다단계의 다수의 날개(22)들이 외측 으로 벌어 지면서 날개톱니(22-1) 들이 천공홀 내부 벽면을 견고하게 파고들어 박히게 하는 쇄기형 영구 앵커이며 앵커의 날개(22)길이와 폭은 암반의 종류와 토사의 종류에 따라서 규격이 달라질수 있는 다목적 앵커의 기술이다.
