The operating method of the vehicle image processing device includes the steps of: collecting images from a vehicle camera of a vehicle; extracting at least one region in which a road object exists from the image; converting images with respect to a region other than the at least one region in which the road object exists; compressing the converted images; and transmitting the compressed images to a cloud server. 실시예는, 차량 영상 처리 장치와 클라우드 서버 및 그 동작 방법에 대한 것이다. 차량 영상 처리 장치의 동작 방법은, 차량의 차량 카메라로부터 영상을 수집하는 단계; 영상으로부터 도로 객체가 존재하는 적어도 하나의 영역을 추출하는 단계; 도로 객체가 존재하는 적어도 하나의 영역을 제외한 나머지 영역에 대해 영상을 변환하는 단계; 변환된 영상을 압축하는 단계; 및 압축된 영상을 클라우드 서버로 전송하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
