An objective of the present invention is to provide a color filter unit having an improved defect rate and improved viewing angle, and a display device having the same. The color filter unit of the present invention comprises: an upper substrate; a first color filter layer to a third color filter layer positioned on a first surface that is a lower surface of the upper substrate; a light-transmitting layer positioned on the first color filter layer and having one or more protrusions in a direction away from the first surface; a second color quantum dot layer positioned on the second color filter layer; and a third color quantum dot layer positioned on the third color filter layer. 본 발명은 컬러필터유닛 및 그를 구비하는 디스플레이 장치을 위하여, 상부기판, 상기 상부기판의 하면인 제1면 상에 위치하는 제1색 컬러필터층 내지 제3색 컬러필터층, 상기 제1색 컬러필터층 상에 위치하며, 상기 제1면으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 하나 이상의 돌출부를 갖는, 투광층, 상기 제2색 컬러필터층 상에 위치하는 제2색 양자점층 및 상기 제3색 컬러필터층 상에 위치하는 제3색 양자점층을 구비하는, 컬러필터유닛 및 그를 구비하는 디스플레이 장치를 제공한다.
