| Summary: | An organic light emitting device and a device including the same are disclosed. The organic light emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode opposite the first electrode; and an organic layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and including a light emitting layer including a first light emitting layer, a second light emitting layer, and a third light emitting layer. At least one of the first light emitting layer, the second light emitting layer, and the third light emitting layer comprises at least one first compound. The first compound contains one or more 15N, and is represented by a predetermined chemical formula.
