The present invention provides a washer and a bolt assembly capable of preventing the bolt from loosening. An anti-rotation washer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main plate provided with an installation hole into which a bolt is inserted; a fixing part for preventing rotation by being coupled to an object in which the bolt is installed; and a support part protruding from the main plate to support the bolt in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the bolt. 본 발명은 볼트의 풀림을 방지할 수 있는 와셔 및 볼트 어셈블리를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회전 방지 와셔는, 볼트가 삽입되는 설치 홀이 형성된 메인 판, 상기 볼트가 설치되는 대상물에 결합되어 회전을 방지하는 고정부, 및 상기 메인 판에서 돌출되어 볼트의 외주면과 맞닿아 볼트를 지지하는 지지부를 포함할 수 있다.
