The present invention provides a muscular deficiency diagnosing platform comprising: a hardware measuring apparatus for measuring an amount of muscles, muscular strength, and a capability for performing body activities respectively; a central server determining whether there is a muscular deficiency; and a moving terminal connected to the central server with a wire and wireless network. Accordingly, the present invention can acquire a more reliable standard for diagnosing the muscular deficiency through various parameters, so it is possible to improve reliability of muscular deficiency diagnosis. 본 발명은, 측정대상인의 근육량, 근력 및 신체활동 수행능력 각각을 측정하기 위한 하드웨어 측정기와, 근감소증 여부를 판단하는 중앙서버와, 중앙서버와 유무선 네트워크로 연결되는 이동단말기를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 근감소증 진단 플랫폼을 제공한다. 상기한 바에 따르면, 다양한 파라미터들을 통하여 보다 신뢰성 있는 근감소증 진단 기준을 마련하고, 이를 통해 근감소증 진단의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
