The present invention relates to a learning user-defined gesture model. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and device for the learning user-defined gesture model for an operation of a virtual training content that allow a user-defined hand gesture to be learned instead of a controller for which must always be held by hand during use of a virtual training content, thereby enabling a customized function according to the user.
