Summary:A method for a computing device operated by at least one processor to interpret a medical image comprises the steps of: obtaining the abnormality score of an input image using an abnormality prediction model; filtering the input image so as not to perform subsequent classification and analysis when the abnormal score is less than or equal to a cutoff score based on the cutoff score that is a specific reading sensitivity; and obtaining an analysis result of the input image using a classification model that classifies the input image into classification classes when the abnormality score is greater than the cutoff score. 적어도 하나의 프로세서에 의해 동작하는 컴퓨팅 장치가 의료 영상을 판독하는 방법으로서, 이상 예측 모델을 이용하여 입력 영상의 이상 점수(abnormality score)를 획득하는 단계, 특정 판독 민감도가 되는 컷오프 점수를 기준으로 상기 이상 점수가 상기 컷오프 점수 이하이면, 상기 입력 영상을 후속 분류 분석하지 않도록 필터링하는 단계, 그리고 상기 이상 점수가 상기 컷오프 점수보다 크면, 상기 입력 영상을 분류 클래스들로 구별하는 분류 모델을 이용하여 상기 입력 영상의 분석 결과를 획득하는 단계를 포함한다.
