The present invention relates to a tool holder capable of holding tools (a drill, an end mill and the like) for machining a workpiece in a machine tool using CAD/CAM, CNC systems. The tool holder includes: a holder body having a plurality of holding holes; and a plurality of holding unit bodies provided in the holding holes respectively to selectively hold a tool through a chuck of a machine tool on a corresponding position. The holding unit bodies include: a support unit having an insertion hole into which the tool is inserted; a fixing unit inserting and fixing the support unit; a holding unit combined with one end part of the fixing unit and having a plurality of holding pieces provided on the inner circumference surface; a sleeve supporting the holding unit; and a holding body housing the fixing unit, the holding unit and the sleeve and having a through hole through which the tool passes. Therefore, a tool to be used can be easily clamped and unclamped, and, due to the obviation of the need for changing a position of a tool, a setting time can be saved and a machine tool can be effectively operated. 본 발명은 CAD/CAM, CNC 시스템을 이용하는 공작기계에서 가공대상물을 가공하는 공구(Drill, end mill 등)를 거치하는 공구거치대에 관한 것으로, 다수의 거치구멍을 갖는 거치대몸체와, 상기 거치구멍에 각각 구비되어 해당 위치에서 공작기계의 척에 의해 공구를 선택적으로 파지하는 복수의 거치구본체를 포함하며, 상기 거치구본체는 공구가 삽입되는 삽입구멍을 가지는 지지구와, 상기 지지구를 삽입하여 고정시키는 고정구와, 상기 고정구의 일측 단부에 결합되어 내부로 진입한 공구를 고정시키도록 내주면에 다수의 거치편을 가지는 홀딩구와, 상기 홀딩구를 지지하는 슬리브와, 상기 고정구, 홀딩구, 슬리브를 내재하고 공구가 통과하는 관통구멍을 갖는 거치몸체를 포함하는 구성으로 사용하고자 하는 공구를 클램핑(clamping) 및 언클램핑(unclamping)을 용이하게 수행할 수 있고, 공구의 위치를 변경할 필요 없이 세팅 시간의 절약과 공작기계의 운영여 효과적인 자동 공구 교환 장치의 공구거치대에 관한 것이다.
