An object of the present application is to provide an optical laminate which has excellent hardness, scratch resistance, and the like, and also excellent impact resistance and durability during folding, thereby being suitable for various uses; and a method for manufacturing the same. The laminate comprises a base material film, a first resin layer, and a second resin layer, wherein the pencil hardness of a surface of the first resin layer is more than or equal to 5H, a mandrel test value of the second resin layer is less than or equal to 16 mm. 본 출원은, 경도, 내스크래치성 등이 우수하면서도 내충격성 및 폴딩(Folding) 시 내구성 또한 뛰어나 다양한 용도에 적합한 광학 적층체 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 하나의 목적으로 한다.
