The present invention relates to a workpiece fixing device. More specifically, an index part including chucking means for chucking a workpiece is formed on a reference plate to be rotatable, thereby substantially fixing the workpiece as well as machining various positions of the workpiece through the rotation of the workpiece, and also, a vertical plate of a bracket is combined with a rotary table, wherein the body of the index part is combined with a horizontal plate of the bracket, thereby enabling the workpiece to be machined in various directions to reduce working time while maximizing the convenience and efficiency of work. Moreover, since the workpiece is chucked as both side parts of the workpiece are pressed by the chucking means, the workpiece can be substantially fixed in response to the diameter, length and size of the workpiece. 본 발명은 가공물을 척킹하기 위한 척킹수단들을 구비하는 인덱스부가 기준플레이트에 회전 가능하도록 구성됨으로써 가공물을 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 가공물의 회전을 통해 가공물의 다양한 위치를 가공시킬 수 있으며, 브라켓의 수직플레이트가 회전테이블과 결합되되, 브라켓의 수평플레이트에 인덱스부의 몸체가 결합되도록 구성됨으로써 가공물의 다양한 방향의 가공이 가능하기 때문에 작업시간을 절감시킴과 동시에 작업의 편의성 및 효율성을 극대화시킬 수 있고, 가공물의 양측부가 척킹수단들에 의해 가압되는 방식으로 가공물을 척킹하기 때문에 가공물의 직경, 길이 및 크기에 대응하여 가공물을 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있는 가공물 고정 장치에 관한 것이다.
