Summary:The present invention relates to a fuel cell system to prevent a battery from being deteriorated due to an overcharged state or an overdischarged state during low-efficiency power generation. According to the present invention, a control device (200) of the fuel cell system (100) comprises a low-efficiency power generation unit performing low-efficiency power generation with a larger power generation loss than that of normal power generation. The low-efficiency power generation unit includes: an operating point setting unit setting a target current and a target voltage, which become operating points of a fuel cell (10) during low-efficiency power generation; and a generated power control unit controlling the current of the fuel cell (10) to the target current during the low-efficiency power generation and increasing/decreasing generation power of the fuel cell (10) by varying the supply flow rate of an oxidant gas supplied to the fuel cell (10) to increase or decrease the voltage of the fuel cell (10) through the target voltage within a range in which the charging/discharging power of a secondary battery (53) does not become greater than allowable charging/discharging power. 저효율 발전 시에, 배터리가 과충전 상태 또는 과방전 상태로 되어 배터리가 열화되는 것을 억제한다. 연료 전지 시스템(100)의 제어 장치(200)는, 통상 발전과 비교하여 발전 손실이 커지는 저효율 발전을 실시하는 저효율 발전 실시부를 구비한다. 저효율 발전 실시부는, 저효율 발전 시의 연료 전지(10)의 동작점이 되는 목표 전류 및 목표 전압을 설정하는 동작점 설정부와, 저효율 발전 시에, 연료 전지(10)의 전류를 목표 전류로 제어하면서, 이차 전지(53)의 충방전 전력이 허용 충방전 전력보다도 커지지 않는 범위 내에서, 연료 전지(10)의 전압이 목표 전압에 걸쳐서 증감하도록 연료 전지(10)에 공급하는 산화제 가스의 공급 유량을 변동시킴으로써, 연료 전지(10)의 발전 전력을 증감시키는 발전 전력 제어부를 구비한다.
