The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hypopigmentation, or a cosmetic composition for preventing or alleviating hypopigmentation, comprising a culture of Ceriporia lacerate. The composition containing a mycelium culture of Ceriporia lacerate, dry powder thereof, or an extract thereof as an active component according to the present invention has an excellent tyrosinase activity promoting effect and a melanin biosynthesis enhancing effect, and has no cytotoxicity. Therefore, the composition can be usefully used for the treatment of hypopigmentation. 본 발명은 세리포리아 락세라타 배양물을 포함하는 저색소증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물 또는 저색소증의 예방 또는 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세리포리아 락세라타의 균사체 배양물, 이의 건조분말 또는 그 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 티로시나아제(tyrosinase) 활성 촉진 효과 및 멜라닌 생합성량 증진 효과가 우수하며, 세포독성이 없다. 따라서, 상기 조성물은 저색소증 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
