Summary:An artificial neuron element according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a threshold switch connected between an input terminal and a first node; and a load resistor connected between the first node and a ground terminal, wherein a spike current flows to the load resistor when an input voltage of a constant level is applied to the input terminal according to time, and a section in which a spike frequency of the spike current flowing to the load resistor increases occurs when a level of the input voltage applied to the input terminal increases. Therefore, the present invention is capable of innovatively reducing a power consumption. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 인공 뉴런 소자는, 입력 단자와 제 1 노드 사이에 연결되는 임계 스위치; 및 상기 제 1 노드와 접지 단자 사이에 연결되는 부하 저항을 포함하되, 상기 입력 단자로 시간에 따라 일정한 레벨의 입력 전압이 인가되는 경우에, 상기 부하 저항에 스파이크 전류(spike current)가 흐르고, 상기 입력 단자로 인가되는 입력 전압의 레벨이 증가되는 경우에, 상기 부하 저항에 흐르는 스파이크 전류의 스파이크 빈도가 증가하는 구간이 발생한다.
