Disclosed are a seat unit and a smart stroller including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the seat unit is provided with an air purifying part and an air flow path part. The air purifying part purifies the contaminated air inside an accommodation space where the infant is located with purified air and then discharges the purified air back to the accommodation space. The air purifying part communicates with the air flow path part. The contaminated air outside the accommodation space and a seat body may be introduced into the air purifying part through the air flow path part. In addition, the purified air may be discharged to the accommodation space through the air flow path part.
