An atypical concrete form using expanded polystyrene (EPS) is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the atypical concrete form using EPS, which is an EPS atypical concrete form for forming an atypical concrete structure, comprises: an EPS form body having an atypical pouring space and a fastening penetration portion penetrating in a vertical direction therein that are formed by cutting and laminating EPS boards in the vertical direction using the laminated object manufacturing (LOM) 3D printing method; a fixed pipe passing through the fastening penetration portion; a bottom plate that faces a lower surface of the EPS form body and is coupled to one end of the fixed pipe in a transverse direction; and a pressing plate coupled to the end of the fixed pipe in the transverse direction to press an upper surface of the EPS form body.
