Summary: | The present invention relates to peptide binding to CRBN to inhibit binding of the CRBN and DJ2, and a composition for preventing, treating, or alleviating Alzheimer's disease using the same. The peptide of the present invention simulates a CRBN binding motif in the DJ2, and thus binds to the CRBN to inhibit binding of the DJ2 and the CRBN and suppress decomposition of the DJ2 by the CRBN. As a result, a tau protein coagulation suppressing effect of the DJ2 is maintained and improved, thereby being usefully used for preventing, alleviating, or treating Alzheimer's disease.
본 발명은 CRBN에 결합하여 CRBN 및 DJ2의 결합을 저해하는 펩티드 및 이를 이용한 알츠하이머 병의 예방, 치료 또는 개선용 조성물 등에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 펩티드는 DJ2 내의 CRBN 결합 모티프를 모사하므로, CRBN에 결합하여 DJ2와 CRBN의 결합을 방해하여 CRBN에 의한 DJ2의 분해가 억제된다. 그 결과 DJ2가 타우 단백질의 응집을 억제하는 효과가 유지, 향상되므로 알츠하이머 병의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용도로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. |
