One aspect of the present invention relates to a glove box. More particularly, provided is the glove box for collecting a sample for a respiratory infection patient, which can prevent the spread of infectious bacteria to the outside by forming an internal space at negative pressure when collecting a sample for a respiratory infection test. The glove box for collecting a sample according to one embodiment of the present invention can prevent the spread of infection to the outside when collecting a sample from an infected patient or a patient suspected of being infected, and, at the same time, allow an operator to conveniently work. 본 발명의 일 측면은 글로브 박스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 호흡기 감염증 검사를 위한 검체 채취 시, 내부 공간이 음압으로 형성되게 함으로써, 외부로 감염 균이 확산되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 호흡기 감염증 환자의 검체채취용 글로브박스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 글로브 박스는 감염 환자 또는 감염이 의심되는 환자로부터 검체 채취 시, 외부로 감염이 확산되는 것을 방지하고, 동시에 작업자가 편리하게 작업할 수 있는 검체 채취용 글로브 박스를 제공한다.
