The present invention discloses a planar heater for heat treatment of a substrate, comprising: an upper plate; a lower plate; a heating wire which is positioned between the upper plate and the lower plate, and has linear parts spaced apart in a second direction while being extended by a predetermined length in a first direction, and bent parts alternately connecting the linear parts adjacent to each other on both sides of the linear part; and a support block which is positioned between the upper plate and the lower plate therein, and supports the bent part on both sides of the heating wire, to allow the heating wire to be separated from the upper plate and the lower plate. 본 발명은 상판과, 하판과, 상기 상판과 하판 사이에 위치하며, 제 1 방향으로 소정 길이로 연장되면서 제 2 방향으로 이격되는 직선부와 상기 직선부의 양측에서 이웃하는 상기 직선부를 교대로 연결하는 절곡부를 구비하는 열선 및 상기 상판과 하판 사이에서 내측에 위치하며, 상기 열선의 양측에서 상기 절곡부를 지지하여 상기 열선을 상기 상판과 하판으로부터 이격시키는 지지 블록을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 열처리용 평판 히터를 개시한다.
