The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flat cable capable of supplying general household power. In addition, the present invention includes a conductive part manufacturing step of cutting copper foil to produce a plurality of rectangular conductive parts having a cross-sectional area of 0.5sq to 2sq, an insulation coating step of extruding the inner insulating part of a polymer compound material around the conductive part to surround the periphery of the conductive part, a film part laminating step of laminating the inner insulating parts of the plurality of conductive parts together with a film part of a conductive material in a state in which a plurality of the conductive parts combining the internal insulating parts on the periphery are spaced apart from each other and arranged side by side; and an outer insulation part laminating step of laminating and wrapping the outer periphery of the film part surrounding the inner insulation part of the plurality of the conductive parts with an external insulation part of an insulating material. 본 발명은 일반 가정용 전력 공급이 가능한 평면 케이블의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 동박을 절단하여 단면적 0.5sq ~ 2sq 크기의 복수 개의 직방형 전도부를 제조하는 전도부 제조 단계, 상기 전도부의 둘레를 감싸게 고분자화합물 소재의 내부절연부를 상기 전도부의 둘레에 압출하는 절연피복 단계, 둘레에 상기 내부절연부를 결합한 복수 개의 상기 전도부를 상호 이격되며 나란하게 배열한 상태에서 복수 개의 상기 전도부의 상기 내부절연부를 전도성 소재의 필름부로 함께 감싸게 합지하는 필름부 합지 단계 및 복수 개의 상기 전도부의 상기 내부절연부를 감싸는 상기 필름부의 외측 둘레를 절연 소재의 외부절연부로 감싸게 합지하는 외부절연부 합지 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
