Summary:The present invention relates to a water pressure and turbidity monitoring system when water passes through a pipe, which enables a manager to know operation time of a valve even if the manager is not resident in the field, estimates the range of customers that the water flowing through a current water supply pipe reaches and a turbidity level at the customer, and minimizes a measurement error of a turbidity measurement value by minimizing generation of air bubbles while reducing the water flowing into a water quality measurement unit. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a measurement device including a housing formed in a box shape to have a hollow interior, a water inlet formed on one side of the housing through the inside and outside of the housing to introduce water for turbidity measurement from the outside, a turbidity measurement unit installed inside the housing and connected in communication with the water inlet to measure the turbidity of the introduced water, and a wireless transceiver for transmitting the turbidity measurement value measured by the turbidity measurement unit to the outside; and a control unit receiving the turbidity measurement value from the wireless transceiver of the measurement device to accumulate and store the turbidity measurement value in real-time and transmit the turbidity measurement value to a manager terminal. 본 발명은, 관리자가 현장에 상주하고 있지 않아도 밸브의 조작 시기를 알 수 있고, 현 상수도 배관상을 흐르는 물이 도달되는 수용가의 범위와 수용가에서의 탁도 수치의 예상이 가능하며, 수질 측정부에 유입되는 물을 감압하면서도 기포의 발생을 최소화하여 탁도 측정값의 측정 오류를 최소화할 수 있는 관로통수 시 수압 탁도 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 중공된 내부를 갖도록 박스 형상으로 형성되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 일측에 상기 하우징의 내외부를 관통하여 형성되어서 외부로부터 탁도 측정을 위한 물이 유입되는 수질 유입부와, 상기 하우징의 내부에 설치되며 상기 수질 유입부와 연통 결합되어서 유입된 물의 탁도를 측정하는 탁도 측정부와, 상기 탁도 측정부에서 측정된 탁도 측정값을 외부로 전송하는 무선 송수신부를 포함하는 측정 장치; 상기 측정 장치의 상기 무선 송수신부로부터 탁도 측정값을 전송받아 실시간으로 누적 저장하고, 이를 관리자 단말에 전송하는 관제부;를 포함한다.
