The present invention relates to a high-performance instantaneous cooling unit which comprises: a flow path plate in which on a rear surface, a flow path is formed, and in which a purified inflow pipe and a purified water discharge pipe are connected to both ends of the flow path; a finish plate which finishes the flow path, and is engaged with the flow path plate; a thermoelectric module which thermoelectrically cools the water flowing in the flow path of the flow path plate; a cooling water flow path plate which includes a cooling water flow path inside for cooling the heat generated in the thermoelectric module, and in which both ends of the cooling water flow path are connected to a cooling water inflow pipe and a cooling water discharge pipe; and a reinforcing frame placed on the opposite surface to the finish plate engagement surface of the flow path plate. The cooling water flow path plate is made of injection-molded metal products. In accordance with the present invention, the structures and materials of each component such as the cooling water flow path plate of the instantaneous cooling unit can be replaced with improved structures and materials, which are different from the existing ones, and the deformation and damage of the instantaneous cooling unit can be minimized. In addition, the performance can be enhanced and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. 본 발명은 이면에 유로가 형성되고, 상기 유로의 양 끝단에 정수 유입관과 정수 배출관이 연결되는 유로 플레이트, 상기 유로를 마감하며 상기 유로 플레이트에 결합되는 마감 플레이트, 상기 유로 플레이트의 유로 내부를 유동하는 물을 열전냉각시키는 열전 모듈, 상기 열전모듈에서 발생한 열을 냉각시킬 수 있도록 내부에는 냉각수 유로가 형성되며, 상기 냉각수 유로의 양 끝단에 냉각수 유입관과 냉각수 배출관이 연결되는 냉각수 유로 플레이트 및 상기 유로 플레이트의 마감 플레이트 결합면의 반대면에 배치되는 보강 프레임을 포함하고, 상기 냉각수 유로 플레이트는 금속 소재의 사출물로 형성되는 고성능 순간냉각유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 순간냉수유닛의 냉각수 유로 플레이트 등의 각 구성요소의 구조와 소재를 종래와 다른 개선된 구조와 소재로 대체하여 적용함으로써, 순간냉수유닛의 변형과 손상을 최소화하고, 성능을 향상시키면서 제조비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
