| Summary: | The present invention relates to an image sensor device, which is a technology capable of blocking noise in a pad area. The image sensor device of the present invention includes: a substrate including a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, and including impurities of the first conductivity type; a pad disposed on the first surface of the substrate; and an impurity area which overlaps the pad in the first direction, includes impurities of the second conductivity type different from the first conductivity type, and is formed in the substrate.
본 발명은 이미지 센서 장치에 관한 것으로, 패드 영역의 노이즈를 차단할 수 있도록 하는 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명은 서로 대향하는 제 1면과 제 2면을 포함하며, 제 1도전형의 불순물을 포함하는 기판, 기판의 제 1면에 배치되는 패드 및 패드와 제 1방향으로 중첩되고, 제 1도전형과 다른 제 2도전형의 불순물을 포함하며, 기판 내에 형성된 불순물 영역을 포함한다. |
