Summary: | The present invention relates to novel compounds that induce selective degradation of PLK1, and more particularly, to a bifunctional compound in which a PLK1 binding moiety and an E3 ubiquitin ligase binding moiety are linked by a chemical linker. The present invention provides the compound, a method for manufacturing the same, and uses thereof. The compounds according to the present invention can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of PLK1-related diseases.
