According to various embodiments disclosed in the present document, an electronic device can comprise: a display; a speaker unit disposed on a rear surface of the display so as to include a first acoustic hole formed to face a first direction so that sound is output in the first direction corresponding to the direction of the rear surface of the display; a cover member disposed to cover the speaker unit in the first direction; a cover glass disposed to cover the cover member in the first direction; an inner wall member disposed between the cover member and the cover glass so as to form a resonance space; and a communication hole formed on the cover member at a position corresponding to the first acoustic hole of the speaker unit so as to allow communication between the first acoustic hole and the resonance space. Other various embodiments can be possible.
