Summary:The present invention relates to an animal model for rheumatoid arthritis with lung fibrosis and uses thereof. The animal model for rheumatoid arthritis with lung fibrosis of the present invention overcomes the limitation of the conventional rheumatoid animal model, in which some lung fibrosis occurs, but the incidence rate cannot be arbitrarily controlled, and a rheumatism animal model with clear lung fibrosis has been constructed. Thus, the model can be used for screening therapeutic agents for rheumatoid arthritis with lung disease caused by lung fibrosis, evaluating a drug of an individual patient with rheumatoid arthritis, understanding a pathological mechanism thereof, and developing a customized disease diagnosis and control system, and thus can be advantageously used in related fields. 본 발명은 폐섬유화를 동반한 류마티스 관절염 동물모델 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폐 섬유화가 동반된 류마티스 관절염 동물 모델은 종래 류마티스 동물모델에서도 일부 폐 섬유화가 발생하지만 발생율을 임의로 조절할 수 없었던 한계를 극복하고, 명확한 폐 섬유화를 동반한 류마티스 동물모델을 구축하였다. 따라서, 폐 섬유화로 인하여 발생되는 폐 질환을 동반한 류마티스 관절염의 치료제의 스크리닝 뿐만 아니라, 류마티스 관절염 환자 개인의 약물 평가 뿐만 아니라 병리기전을 이해하고 맞춤형 질병 진단 및 조절 시스템 개발에 활용될 수 있어, 관련 분야에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
