The present invention relates to a display device and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the display device provides a stereoscopic image or a viewing angle control image without a need to align a lens array to a display panel. A method of manufacturing the display device includes the steps of: irradiating a laser to a predetermined position of a lens array substrate; forming a first substrate on one surface of the lens array substrate and forming thin-film transistors and light emitting elements on the one surface of the first substrate; and forming a lens array including lenses by etching the other surface opposite to the one surface of the lens array substrate. 본 발명은 렌즈 어레이를 표시 패널에 정렬할 필요 없이 입체 영상 또는 시야각 제어 영상을 제공할 수 있는 표시 장치와 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 표시 장치의 제조 방법은 렌즈 어레이 기판의 미리 정해진 위치에 레이저를 조사하는 단계, 상기 렌즈 어레이 기판의 일면 상에 제1 기판을 형성하고, 상기 제1 기판의 일면 상에 박막 트랜지스터들과 발광 소자들을 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 렌즈 어레이 기판의 일면의 반대 면인 타면을 식각하여 렌즈들을 포함하는 렌즈 어레이를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
