Summary: | The present invention relates to a hyssop tea and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of the hyssop tea, which includes: a preparatory stage of preparing the hyssop; a drying step of drying the hyssop; and a change prevention step of roasting, steaming, or drying the dried hyssop in the shade. Accordingly, it is possible to provide the hyssop tea produced. Therefore, it is easy to consume because sour and bitter taste of the hyssop is neutralized.
