비휘발성 메모리 장치는 제1 기판, 제2 기판, 메모리 어레이, 회로 구조물, 본딩 구조물 및 차폐 구조물을 포함한다. 제2 기판의 제2 전면은 제1 기판의 제1 전면과 마주본다. 메모리 어레이는 제1 기판 상에 배치되고, 제1 기판의 제1 전면에 배치된다. 회로 구조물은 제2 기판 상에 배치되고, 제2 기판의 제2 전면에 배치된다. 본딩 구조물은 메모리 어레이와 회로 구조물 사이에 배치된다. 회로 구조물은 본딩 구조물을 통해 메모리 어레이에 전기 접속된다. 차폐 구조물은 메모리 어레이와 회로 구조물 사이에 배치되고 본딩 구조물을 둘러싼다. 차폐 구조물은 전압원에 전기 접속된다.
