An eddy current probe comprises: a cylindrical probe main body which has a coil mounting unit positioned in the center of the cylindrical probe main body in a longitudinal direction and having a first outer diameter and has a plurality of centering mounting units having a second outer diameter shorter than the first outer diameter and spaced from each other while having the coil mounting unit therebetween; a plurality of eddy current coils mounted to be spaced from each other in the coil mounting unit; and a plurality of elastic centering units mounted in the plurality of centering mounting units and having an outer diameter which is increased as the length of the elastic centering unit in the longitudinal direction is reduced. 와전류 탐촉자는 길이 방향으로 중앙에 위치하며 제1 외경을 가지는 코일 장착부 및 상기 코일 장착부를 사이에 두고 서로 이격되어 상기 제1 외경 대비 짧은 제2 외경을 가지는 복수의 센터링 장착부들을 포함하는 원통형 탐촉자 본체, 상기 코일 장착부에 서로 이격되어 장착되는 복수의 와전류 코일들, 및 상기 복수의 센터링 장착부들에 장착되며, 상기 길이 방향으로 길이가 짧아지면 외경이 증가되는 복수의 탄성 센터링부들을 포함한다.
