Summary:The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays and/or infrared rays based on a polymer encapsulation technology. More specifically, the present invention enables a core-shell particle to be manufactured based on a technology of encapsulating a conjugated polymer particle in a core. The core-shell particle has the functions of blocking ultraviolet rays and infrared rays, thereby being capable of preventing both photoaging and thermal aging. 본 발명은 고분자 담지 기술을 기반으로 한 자외선 및/또는 적외선 차단용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 특히, 공액계 고분자 입자를 코어에 담지하는 기술을 기반으로 코어-쉘 입자를 제조하여, 자외선 및 적외선 차단 기능성을 가지고, 이를 통해 광노화 및 열노화를 복합적으로 예방할 수 있다.
