Summary:The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing target proteins from a plant, and specifically, to a method in which an expression cassette construct for high expression of a target gene and an expression cassette construct for high expression of p38, which is a gene silencing suppressor, are produced, a binary vector for transient expression in plant cells having the constructs together is produced, and then target proteins of a high level are produced from plant leaf cells by using agrobacterium-mediated transformation using single agrobacterium culture with respect to the binary vector. Target proteins can be produced from a plant with a low cost and high efficiency. 본 발명은 식물에서 목적 단백질을 대량생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 자세하게는 목적 단백질(target gene)의 고발현용 발현 카세트 컨스트럭 및 유전자 침묵 억제 인자(gene silencing suppressor)인 p38의 고발현용 발현 카세트 컨스트럭를 제조한 후, 상기 컨스트럭를 함께 가지는 식물 세포에서의 일과성 발현용(transient expression) 바이너리 벡터(binary vector)를 제조한 후, 상기 바이너리 벡터를 단일 아그로박테리움 배양을 이용하여 아그로박테리움-매개 형질전환을 이용하여 목적 단백질을 식물 잎 세포에서 높은 수준의 단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
