The present invention relates to a portable steam seat device, which comprises: a body made of a soft material, and having a power supply unit and a control unit including a switch; and a function generation unit installed inside the body, operated by an operation of the switch, and having a near-infrared generator for generating near-infrared rays with a wavelength of 0.75 to 3 μm and a conductive unit providing a microcurrent. By applying near-infrared rays and micro-currents, which have better permeability to the skin than far-infrared rays, to a user, the portable steam seat device not only facilitates blood circulation, but also treats skin and genital diseases, and also has the effect of providing a massage function by vibration stimulation. 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 좌훈기는, 연성 재질로 이루어진 상태에서, 전원부와, 스위치를 포함한 제어부를 구비한 본체; 상기 본체 내에 장착되어 상기 스위치의 조작으로 작동되는 것으로, 0.75 내지 3㎛ 파장의 근적외선을 발생하는 근적외선 발생기와, 미세전류를 제공하는 도전부를 구비한 기능 발생부;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 좌훈기에 의하면, 원적외선보다 피부에 대한 침투성이 좋은 근적외선과 미세전류를 사용자에게 인가함으로써 혈액순환을 원활하게 하는 것은 물론 피부질환과 생식기 질환을 치료하는 장점이 있고, 진동 자극에 의한 마사지 기능을 함께 제공할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
