Provided are a camera module and imaging device using a fixed geometric feature and an image processing method of the camera module. The camera module according to one aspect of a technical idea of the present disclosure includes: an image sensor configured to sense a plurality of first images while rotating about at least one of an x-axis, a y-axis, and a z-axis based on a mode signal; and an image signal processor (ISP) configured to process the plurality of first images, wherein the ISP can generate a second image by correcting the plurality of first images based on a plurality of parameters stored in advance and merging the plurality of corrected first images. 본 개시의 기술적 사상의 일 측면에 따른 카메라 모듈은 모드 신호에 기초하여 x축, y축, z축 중 적어도 하나를 축으로 회전하면서 복수의 제1 영상들을 센싱하도록 구성된 이미지 센서 및 상기 복수의 제1 영상들을 처리하도록 구성된 이미지 신호 프로세서(ISP)를 포함하고, 상기 ISP는, 미리 저장된 복수의 파라미터들에 기초하여 상기 복수의 제1 영상들을 보정하고, 보정된 상기 복수의 제1 영상들을 병합함으로써 제2 영상을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
