Suggested are an apparatus and a method that includes the steps of: in order to generate a new function of a voice agent, extracting a set of utterances of users about the new function of the voice agent by analyzing the usage log of voice agent users to create the new function of the voice agent; generating proto capsules for the set of utterances based on the set of utterances; determining the priority of the proto capsules, identifying the vocabulary of the proto capsule higher than a predetermined criterion; and generating a source code stub for the new function of the voice agent corresponding to the high-order proto capsule based on the identified vocabulary. 보이스 에이전트의 새로운 기능을 생성하기 위해, 보이스 에이전트 사용자들의 사용 로그를 분석함으로써 상기 보이스 에이전트의 새로운 기능에 대한 사용자들의 발언들의 세트를 추출하고, 상기 발언들의 세트에 기초하여 상기 발언들의 세트에 대한 프로토 캡슐들을 생성하고, 상기 프로토 캡슐들의 중요도의 순위를 결정하고, 미리정해진 기준보다 높은 순위의 프로토 캡슐의 어휘를 식별하고, 상기 식별된 어휘에 기초하여 상기 높은 순위의 프로토 캡슐에 대응하는 상기 보이스 에이전트의 새로운 기능에 대한 소스 코드 스텁을 생성하는 방법 및 장치를 제안한다.
