Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an electronic element, wherein the manufacturing method of the electronic element according to one embodiment comprises: a step of forming an electrode on a substrate; and a step of performing post-treatment using benzoic acid on the substrate on which the electrode is formed.
