The present invention relates to a nonvolatile memory device. The nonvolatile memory device of the present invention includes: a memory cell array comprising memory cells coupled to bit lines and feedback cells coupled to feedback bit lines; a row decoder coupled to the memory cells and the feedback cells via word lines; a column decoder coupled to the memory cells via bit lines and coupled to the feedback cells via feedback bit lines; and a charge pump configured to generate a pump voltage supplied to a selected word line of the word lines.
