Summary:The present invention relates to a method for securing a large amount of finally differentiated cells by culturing corresponding stem cells or progenitor cells and inducing differentiation by patterning and disassembling 3D organoids produced from human pluripotent stem cells, wherein a large amount of obtained cells are expected to be very useful for screening cell therapies or therapeutic drugs as the cells show significantly superior effects in terms of reproducibility, stability, and functionality compared to cells differentiated by existing differentiation methods. 본 발명은 인간 만능 줄기세포로부터 제작된 3D 오가노이드를 패턴화하고 해체하여 해당 줄기세포 또는 전구세포를 배양하고 분화를 유도하여 최종 분화된 세포를 다량 확보하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 다량 확보된 세포는 기존 분화방법에 의해 분화된 세포에 비해 재현성, 안정성, 기능성 면에서 현저히 우수한 효과를 나타냄으로써 세포치료제나 치료 약물 스크리닝에 매우 유용하리라 기대된다.
