According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a scroll compressor which comprises: a housing; a motor provided inside the housing; a rotational shaft rotated by the motor; a rotary scroll linked to the rotational shaft to be rotated; a fixed scroll forming a compression chamber with the rotary scroll together; and a discharge valve disposed on one surface of the fixed scroll to open and close one or more outlets of the fixed scroll where a refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged. The discharge valve comprises: a discharge lead plate disposed on one surface of the fixing scroll; and a gasket retainer surrounding the discharge lead plate and disposed between one surface of the fixed scroll and the housing. 본 발명의 일 실시 예는, 하우징;과, 상기 하우징 내에 구비되는 모터;와, 상기 모터에 의해 회전되는 회전축;과, 상기 회전축에 연동되어 선회 운동되는 선회 스크롤;과, 상기 선회 스크롤과 함께 압축실을 형성하는 고정 스크롤; 및 상기 고정 스크롤의 일면 상에 배치되어 상기 압축실에서 압축된 냉매가 토출되는 고정 스크롤의 하나 이상의 토출구를 개폐하는 토출 밸브;를 포함하며, 상기 토출 밸브는, 상기 고정 스크롤의 일면 상에 배치되는 토출리드 플레이트; 및 상기 토출리드 플레이트를 감싸며 상기 고정 스크롤의 일면과 상기 하우징 사이에 배치되는 가스켓 리테이너;를 포함하는, 스크롤 압축기를 제공한다.
