Provided is a method for checking performance of a risk management plan. The method for checking performance of a risk management plan is a method of checking performance of a risk management plan using a risk management plan performance check device including a performance check unit which receives and processes information required to check the performance of the risk management plan from a user to check the performance of the risk management plan. The performance check unit comprises: an interview means for conducting an interview with a person for performing the risk management plan; a record review means for reviewing records related to the performance of the risk management plan; and a performance level evaluation means for evaluating the level of performance of the risk management plan by means of the interview and the record review. The method for checking the performance of the risk management plan includes: an interview step of conducting the interview with the person for performing the risk management plan; a record review step of reviewing records related to the performance of the risk management plan; and a performance level evaluation step of evaluating the performance level of the risk management plan by the interview and the record review.
