The present invention relates to a noise reduction device installed on the floor of a building to, when sensing a vibration noise through the floor, primarily reduce the noise by outputting a signal opposed to the noise, and control the operation of an air shock absorber supporting a shock absorption plate to absorb a shock, thereby effectively preventing a floor noise. According to the present invention, the noise reduction device includes: a plurality of air shock absorbers installed on the floor of a building; a shock absorption plate supported on the top of the plurality of air shock absorbers to absorb a shock; a noise sensor sensing a vibration noise; an error sensor sensing an error noise of a reduction signal and a noise signal measured by the noise sensor; and a noise reducer reducing the noise through the air and the shock absorption plate by controlling a control sound source, which reduces the noise based on the signals inputted from the noise sensor and the error sensor, such that the control sound source is discharged through the speaker, and generating a control signal for the air shock absorbers in accordance with the intensity of the noise signal measured by the noise sensor to operate the air shock absorbers to reduce the shock. 본 발명은 건물의 바닥에 설치되어 바닥을 통해 진동 소음이 감지되면 그에 반대되는 신호를 스피커를 통해 출력하여 1차적으로 소음을 감쇄시키고, 충격흡수판을 지지하는 에어쇼바의 작동을 제어하여 충격을 흡수함으로써 층간소음을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 소음감쇄장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 층간소음 방지용 소음감쇄장치는, 건물의 바닥에 설치되는 복수의 에어쇼바; 상기 복수의 에어쇼바의 상단에 지지되어 충격을 흡수하는 충격흡수판; 진동 소음을 감지하는 소음센서; 상기 소음센서에서 측정된 소음 신호와 감쇄 신호의 오차 소음을 감지하는 에러센서; 상기 소음센서 및 에러센서로부터 입력된 신호를 바탕으로 소음을 감쇄하는 제어음원이 스피커를 통해 방출되도록 제어하여 공기와 상기 충격흡수판을 통해 소음을 감쇄하고, 상기 소음센서에서 측정된 소음 신호 세기에 따라 상기 에어쇼바의 제어신호를 발생시켜 에어쇼바를 작동시켜 충격을 감쇄시키는 소음 감쇄기;를 포함한다.
