Summary:The present invention relates to a method for predicting an anesthetic requirement using preoperative brain signals, carried out by a computer system. The method includes the steps of: (a) pretreating brain signals of a subject measured before operation and extracting information about characteristics depending on frequency; (b) inputting the information about characteristics depending on frequency to an anesthetic requirement prediction model to predict the minimum anesthetic requirement and the maximum anesthetic requirement of the subject; and (c) inputting the thus predicted minimum anesthetic requirement and maximum anesthetic requirement, and the personal information of the subject to an optimized anesthetic requirement prediction model to predict the optimized anesthetic requirement of the subject. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는, 컴퓨터 장치에 의해 수행되는, 수술 전 뇌 신호를 이용한 마취제 요구량 예측 방법은 (a) 수술 전부터 측정된 피측정자의 뇌 신호에 대한 전처리 및 주파수별 특징 정보를 추출하는 단계; (b) 주파수별 특징 정보를 마취제 요구량 예측 모델에 입력하여 피측정자에 대한 최소 마취제 요구량 및 최대 마취제 요구량을 예측하는 단계; 및 (c) 예측된 최소 마취제 요구량, 최대 마취제 요구량 및 피측정자의 개인정보를 최적 마취제 요구량 예측 모델에 입력하여 피측정자에 대한 최적의 마취제 요구량을 예측하는 단계를 포함한다.
